Shipping
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days in transit after 1–2 business days of handling — 6–9 business days in total to most U.S. addresses. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin handling the same day. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy.
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Orders under $75 ship Standard for $6.99.
Yes. Express ($12.99) is estimated at 3–6 business days including handling, and Overnight ($24.99) at 2–4 business days including handling. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Choose the method at checkout.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day begin their 1–2 business day handling the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays, begin handling on the next business day.
Once your parcel ships, its carrier and tracking number appear on our Track order page — enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. Your order confirmation email has your order number.
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only — all 50 states and the District of Columbia, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international addresses.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will work with the carrier to locate the parcel or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached, for a refund of the item price. Restocking fee: $0 — we never charge a restocking fee on any return. See our Return Policy for full details.
Return shipping is on us. Once your return is approved we email you a prepaid return label, and you are not charged for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want — it is the quickest way to reserve the new piece.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or refund the item in full at no cost to you, including return shipping.
